About the Opportunity The hiring organization is seeking a Director of Product Program Management to build and run the operational foundation of its multi-solution product organization. This full-time role owns the operating rhythm across product lines and orchestrates enablement, launch, release, and go-to-market workflows across Product, Product Marketing, and cross-functional teams. This role can be performed 100% remotely anywhere in the United States.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operationalize the product operating charter, including cadences, decision rights, backlog and roadmap reviews, quarterly planning, and reporting rhythms across all product lines.
  • Own the calendar, operational artifacts, and meeting hygiene while onboarding internal teams and cross-functional partners into organizational rituals.
  • Design and lead Product’s role in end-to-end launch and release management connecting Product, Product Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Enablement, Support, and other teams.
  • Maintain a shared release calendar across the product suite, establish launch tiers with readiness requirements, implement launch readiness gates and checklists, and provide a single source of truth for shipping schedules and go-to-market accountability.
  • Establish instrumentation and reporting for evidence-based decision-making, including product usage rollups, roadmap and delivery dashboards, customer feedback intake, and the product tooling stack.
  • Serve as the operational bridge across Product, Product Marketing, Engineering, Customer Success, Sales, and Enablement to manage cross-team dependencies and connected program delivery.
  • Onboard Product Managers into the operating model, codify playbooks for launch, release, planning, and reporting, and scale the operational maturity of the product organization.
  • Maintain delivery timelines and milestone tracking across all product lines, surface schedule slips early with impact analyses and options, and align external commitments with staffing and readiness thresholds.
  • Oversee intake, scoring, capacity-versus-demand modeling, and prioritization mechanics, ensuring cross-product and platform initiatives are appropriately resourced.
  • Frame trade-offs, options, and recommendations for executive leadership and product governance forums.
  • Design and manage the meeting architecture connecting Product to the broader organization, maintaining decision logs, action trackers, and commitment visibility.

Required Qualifications

  • 8 to 12+ years of experience in enterprise B2B SaaS across product operations, product program/portfolio management, or technical program management, including standing up operating rhythms and launch processes at scale.
  • Proven track record of owning cross-functional launch and release management connecting Product and Product Marketing/GTM, including building new processes from the ground up.
  • Experience operating across a multi-product or platform portfolio, managing cross-team dependencies, and leading shared-platform coordination.
  • Demonstrated fluency with product operations tooling and data, including roadmapping, backlog and agile tools, and product analytics, along with the ability to build executive-level reporting.
  • Strong systems-thinking, organizational, and cross-functional influence skills across Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) or regulated-industry SaaS.
  • Experience bringing a platform or connected-suite offering to market.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Anticipated Base Salary Range: $180,000 – $220,000 annually.
