Provide strategic guidance and direction to team members to achieve program goals and objectives. Manage and allocate resources, including budget and personnel, to ensure program success. Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to minimize program risks. Monitor and track program progress, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely and quality delivery. Communicate program updates and status reports to senior leadership and stakeholders. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and drive process efficiencies within the program. Mentor and develop team members to cultivate their skills and support their career growth. Collaborate with external partners and stakeholders to identify new opportunities and expand program capabilities. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and company policies.
