Customer Service Retention & Sales Representative

The Customer Service Retention & Sales Representative provides exceptional customer service while helping retain customers and identifying opportunities to promote products and services. This role combines customer support, problem-solving, and sales skills to enhance customer satisfaction and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional and friendly customer support by phone.
• Resolve customer concerns and present retention solutions, products, and services.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities through consultative selling.
• Process account updates, service requests, and transactions accurately.
• Explain products, pricing, promotions, and services clearly.
• Handle objections with professionalism, empathy, and confidence.
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with company policies.
• Meet customer satisfaction, retention, and sales goals.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport and recommend solutions based on customer needs.
• Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
• Basic computer, data entry, and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM EST.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of call center or customer service experience.
• Experience in retention, customer support, or sales environments.
• Previous sales, upselling, or cross-selling experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay: $17.00 per hour
• Bonus: Performance-based bonus opportunities
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM EST
• Overtime: 10-hour Monday shift provides 2 hours of overtime
