CRM Integration Specialist

You will own the integration and maintenance of core CRM systems.

Responsibilities

  • Integrate CRM platforms using established APIs and integration tools.
  • Develop and manage ETL processes for data migration between systems.
  • Automate business processes and workflows within the CRM environment.
  • Ensure adherence to security models and relevant IT compliance standards.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years working with CRM platforms like Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Salesforce.
  • Proficiency with integration methods including REST and SOAP.
  • Experience with integration tools such as Azure Logic Apps, MuleSoft, or SSIS.
  • Hands-on experience with SQL databases and data migration.
  • Understanding of business process automation and CRM reporting.
  • Familiarity with government IT policies and compliance standards.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in public sector or government IT environments.
  • Knowledge of Azure and Power Platform services.
