Key Responsibilities: Deliver engaging and effective instruction in a variety of cosmetology techniques, including hair styling, skincare, and makeup application

Conduct practical sessions to ensure students gain hands-on experience

Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback

Create a supportive and inspiring learning environment that encourages student engagement

Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices

Participate in faculty training and meetings to support continuous improvement initiatives

Must have current Beauty of Culture Teaching License

Prior experience in the cosmetology field preferred

Experience in teaching or training is preferred

Excellent communication and motivational skills

Strong commitment to student development and success

Monday through Friday 5:00-10:00pm CST Benefits Generous Paid Time Off
