If you want to work deeply on hard problems, see your work ship to production quickly, and influence how AI safety is actually built – you’re the one we need.<h1>What you'll do</h1><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li>Own White Circle's content strategy and editorial direction</li><li>Turn customer conversations into case studies, customer stories, and reference materials</li><li>Interview customers, partners, founders, and engineers to uncover insights worth sharing</li><li>Write and publish long-form content across Medium, Substack, LinkedIn, X, and our website</li><li>Develop technical and non-technical content explaining AI safety, evaluation, governance, and reliability</li><li>Create launch narratives for new products, features, and research initiatives</li><li>Work closely with GTM team to support sales conversations and market positioning</li><li>Help founders maintain a consistent public voice across LinkedIn, X, conferences, and other channels</li><li>Build repeatable processes for content creation, publication, and distribution</li><li>Experiment with new formats, channels, and ways of reaching technical audience</li></ul><h1>We're looking for someone who</h1><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li>Is an exceptional writer</li><li>Can take a complex technical topic and explain it clearly without oversimplifying it</li><li>Knows how to find interesting stories inside products, customers, and technology</li><li>Has strong editorial judgment</li><li>Can independently identify what is worth publishing and what isn't</li><li>Is comfortable interviewing executives, engineers, researchers, and customers</li><li>Has experience creating content for technical audiences</li><li>Can move comfortably between strategic thinking and hands-on writing</li><li>Is fluent in English</li></ul>A big plus<ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li>You have an engineering, computer science, or technical background</li><li>You have built an audience through writing</li><li>You've worked at a developer tools, AI, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, or enterprise software company</li><li>You've written content that materially influenced product adoption, company positioning, or revenue generation</li></ul><h1>Why White Circle</h1><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li>Salary of $130,000 to $180,000 + equity</li><li>Paid time off in line with your local regulations, no matter where you work from</li><li>Work from Paris (hybrid) + relocation package</li><li>Best medical insurance in France</li><li>All the hardware, tools, and services you need</li><li>Covered subscriptions for AI agents and IDEs</li><li>Team off-sites twice a year: we’ve recently been to the Alps and to Saint-Tropez</li></ul><h1>How we hire</h1><ol style="min-height:1.5em"><li>Intro call with HR (30 min)</li><li>Take-home assignment</li><li>Final conversation with our CEO (45 min) </li></ol>Along with your application, please send us 3 pieces of writing you're most proud of and tell us why you chose them.
