Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated Commercial Construction Superintendent with at least two years of field supervisory experience. This position is responsible for coordinating daily jobsite operations and ensuring projects remain safe, organized, on schedule, and built to quality standards.

Primary Responsibilities

• Supervise daily commercial construction activities from mobilization through completion.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, deliveries, equipment, and inspections.
• Monitor schedules and communicate delays or field conflicts to the Project Manager.
• Review plans, specifications, and scopes of work.
• Conduct daily site walks to monitor progress, workmanship, and safety.
• Maintain daily reports, progress photos, manpower counts, and project documentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of commercial construction supervisory experience.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
• Understanding of construction methods, sequencing, quality control, and jobsite safety.
• Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, or similar software is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferred. xaygatp
