As a Clinic Assistant at CLINIC DR CHEONG, you will play a vital role in supporting the smooth and efficient operations of our clinic in Ara Damansara, Selangor. This full-time position requires a dedicated individual who thrives in a fast-paced, patient-centric environment.

What you'll be doing

  1. Welcoming and registering patients, ensuring a positive first impression
  2. Maintaining accurate patient records and managing administrative tasks
  3. Assisting healthcare professionals with various clinical procedures
  4. Ensuring the clinic's cleanliness and organisation to provide a comfortable environment
  5. Ordering and managing medical supplies to support daily operations
  6. Providing exceptional customer service to all patients
  7. Adhering to all relevant healthcare regulations and policies
What we're looking for
  1. Prior experience in a medical or administrative role is an advantage
  2. Strong organisational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients and colleagues
  4. Attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records
  5. A genuine interest in the healthcare industry and a desire to contribute to patient well-being
  6. Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken
