Curaleaf is seeking a hands-on Lead Cultivation Associate to oversee day-to-day vegetative cultivation operations, guide a team, and ensure plant health, safety, and compliance in a fast-paced environment.
You will collaborate with Cultivation leadership to execute the grow plan, monitor rooms, and support sanitation, pest control, harvest prep, and record-keeping with trackers and SOPs. Prior experience in cannabis or agriculture is required.
