Join the dynamic team as a Call Centre Executive. This full-time role is based in Kuala Lumpur and will see you playing a crucial customer service and support function within our growing media company.

What you'll be doing

  • Providing high-quality customer service and support to our clients via phone, email and online channels
  • Responding promptly and effectively to customer inquiries, complaints and requests
  • Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records
  • Identifying opportunities to improve customer experience and escalating issues as needed
  • Collaborating with other teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Adhering to company policies, procedures and quality standards
What we're looking for
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset
  • Proficiency in English and Chinese, with the ability to communicate effectively
  • Familiarity with contact centre operations and customer service best practices
  • Proven track record in a customer service role, preferably within the media or telecommunications industry
  • Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
