Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' experience in the employee benefits or insurance industry, with a focus on Supplemental Health products. The role requires a proven track record in strategic product leadership, a strong understanding of product development and management, and the ability to lead through influence in a matrixed organization. The ideal candidate will have experience in bringing new products to market, a deep understanding of voluntary benefits distribution, and a background in advancing integrated customer experiences and digital product capabilities. Financial acumen, executive communication skills, and the ability to lead and develop high-performing teams are essential. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required, and the role may involve up to 10% travel.
