This position offers a great mixture of working with computer systems, answering telephone inquiries, and physical duties related to inventory management and shipment. Duties Performed To Support The Department’s Vision

- Process and ship motor vehicle inventory items to the contract license offices and customers
- Process various system transactions related to inventory accountability and reconciliation
- Monitor the motor vehicle inventory e-mail inbox and respond to inquiries timely and appropriately
- Respond to contract license office inquiries by phone and e-mail utilizing the necessary files and systems
- Process cigarette decal orders by pulling, validating, and preparing items for shipment
- Prepare inventory reconciliation reports for management
- File and pull paper tax documents for retention
