<strong>What To Expect<br></strong>As an Electrode Shift Controls Engineer at Tesla, you will play a key role in supporting production ramp for our innovative cell manufacturing equipment. After enhancing your skills and becoming a subject-matter expert on the Electrode product, process, and controls you will help strengthen the skillset of the on-shift technician team through hands-on trainings, troubleshooting, and creation of documentation. You will escalate opportunities for improvement to the engineering team and will help identify and implement solutions to support our production ramp.<br><br>The working schedule for this role is subject to change as business needs evolve, but typical working hours are from either 6pm to 6am or 6am to 6pm, 4-days per week.
