Asset Protection Video Coordinator - Remote in select locations

About the position

The Asset Protection Video Coordinator is responsible for providing video review support to the Asset Protection team, Store Directors, Human Resources, Risk Management, and Law Enforcement. This role ensures compliance with legal guidelines when releasing video footage and collaborates with various departments to maintain CCTV systems and train personnel on their use.

Responsibilities

• Provide video clips for review to various partners in compliance with legal guidelines.
• Obtain health reporting on CCTV systems and coordinate repairs/maintenance with the AP Administration Assistant.
• Train new Asset Protection associates and store leadership on CCTV systems and case reporting software.
• Report observations outside of original requests to the appropriate department.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of Asset Protection experience preferred.
• Familiarity with CCTV system operation.
• Experience with case report writing preferred.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Creative and self-motivated with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
