Area Operations Leader

Amazon is seeking an Area Manager in Charlotte, NC to lead a team of hourly workers and drive safety, quality, attendance, and performance across shifts. You will engage your team to meet customer delivery promises and collaborate with Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, QA and HR to achieve business objectives.

The role requires 2+ years of employee/performance management, a degree or equivalent (or 2+ years Amazon experience), and the ability to work weekends/nights/holidays.
