We’re looking for an Analytics Engineer to work on a mobile F2P title, combining analytics and data modeling while taking ownership of complex data challenges in a fast-moving environment. You’ll collaborate closely with developers and stakeholders, dive into complex product questions, and help keep our data reliable, efficient, and well-structured as the product evolves. Let's merge your talents with our vision and create something truly magical! ⭐<h3>Responsibilities:</h3><ul><li>Build and maintain reliable data models and business logic for product and marketing analytics</li><li>Collaborate with developers to ensure proper tracking of all data required for user behavior analysis</li><li>Perform deep-dive analyses on complex product questions beyond standard reporting</li><li>Ensure data quality and consistency across the analytics layer</li><li>Clearly communicate insights and ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders</li><li>Contribute to data governance practices, including documentation, structure, and maintainability </li></ul><h3>Requirements:</h3><ul><li>3 years of experience as a data analyst or data/BI engineer in mobile gaming industry</li><li>Strong SQL skills for data modeling, transformation, and analysis</li><li>Experience with code-based ETL/ELT tools such as dbt, Dagster, Airflow, or similar</li><li>Hands-on experience with Looker, Omni, or similar semantic-layer BI platforms</li><li>Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both business stakeholders and technical teams</li><li>High level of ownership, proactivity, and flexibility</li><li>Advanced English proficiency (both spoken and written), with a strong command of vocabulary to communicate effectively in professional contexts</li></ul><h3>Nice to have:</h3><ul><li>Understanding of F2P mobile game economics, LiveOps, and user acquisition</li><li>Experience with BigQuery and query optimization/cost management</li><li>Python programming skills</li><li>Experience with Git tracking changes, collaborate with teams, and maintaining code quality</li><li>Experience with mobile analytics and attribution platforms (Firebase, AppsFlyer, Adjust)</li><li>Experience with AI-assisted development (Claude or similar AI coding tools)</li></ul><h3>We offer:</h3><ul><li>Remote-first approach with various collaboration models</li><li>Smooth onboarding experience, with full support from our team to help you feel confident from accepting the offer</li><li>Work alongside experienced, like-minded professionals with an opportunity for fast professional growth</li><li>Competitive salaries, reviewed on a timely basis, or personal achievements and involvement in the project</li><li>A standard 5-day workweek, synced with the GMT+3 time zone</li><li>20 business days of paid vacation, with the option to take single days off from this amount</li><li>Public holidays based on your country of residence</li><li>5 sick days per year for health-related needs - no doctor’s note required</li></ul>📍Moldova-based?
