Adoption & Activation Manager, AI For Sales

- Own the health, momentum, operating cadence, and system of record for Cisco’s AI for Sales Center of Excellence
- Develop and implement tailored adoption plans for AI CoE sales initiatives, programs, and sales leadership personas
- Design and execute communications, training, and support strategies for the global sales organization
- Prioritize frontline-manager activation and create messaging and touchpoints that make managers visible AI role models
- Own recurring senior-leadership briefings, including format, content, follow-through, and required actions
- Design and sequence executive micro-learnings for Engagement Leads
- Partner with communications and Activation & Adoption teams to embed AI for Sales into leadership forums, team meetings, and all-hands
- Connect leadership outcomes such as forecast accuracy and customer-conversation quality to supporting AI capabilities
- Provide executives with a coherent, current view of program performance across the AI portfolio
- Translate complex adoption data into measurable actions for leaders
- Track progress along an AI-maturity path and validate measurement signals
- Orchestrate platform, communications, product, sales strategy, operations, and regional stakeholders
- Influence without authority across a complex, global, matrixed organization
- Use AI-enabled tools to improve program operations, reporting, and follow-through
Requirements:
- BA/BS or equivalent experience in Business, Communications, Marketing, Organizational Development, Sales Operations, or a related field
- 9+ years in executive communications, go-to-market/sales strategy, program management, enablement, change management, or a related discipline
- Experience owning a recurring, executive-facing program
- Experience running leadership cadences, managing a system of record, and driving accountability to named owners and deadlines
- Ability to translate complex, multi-source inputs into clear, compelling executive narratives
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders without direct authority
- Hands-on fluency with generative AI tools in daily work
- Genuine conviction about the value of generative AI and ability to build confidence with senior audiences
- Experience supporting sales, go-to-market, customer success, or other revenue-facing organizations preferred
- Experience with AI-powered tools, sales technology, or seller-productivity initiatives preferred
- Chief-of-staff, executive-communications, or senior-leadership-facing program experience preferred
- Ability to turn adoption data and field sentiment into actionable insight preferred
- Proven experience or certification with change-management methodologies such as Prosci ADKAR or CCMP preferred
