Accounting Controller

An assembly and installation company that provides commercial and residential services seeking Controller to oversee financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of accounting; billing, financial statements, general ledger, cost accounting, payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable.
• Prepare quarterly/annual financial reports
• Complying with all local, state, and federal laws regarding finances, tax filings, and reporting
• Process payroll for companies employees.
• Utilizing Great Plans and Salesforce.
• Maintain documented system of accounting policies and operations
• Oversee payments of all accounts; ensuring all accounts are paid on time
• Process accounts and collecting payments
• Prepare and organize financial statements for record and review

Requirements:

• Candidate has 5 to 10 years of experience in field
• Previous experience as an accountant, accounting supervisor, or manager
• Great Plains software would be preferred.
• Salesforce experience would be a plus.
• Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, cost accounting and cost control principles, and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
